the closing party, five event organizers also received $1,000 each in prizes for making at least 40 appointments during TEAMS.
9. John Kristick, the executive director of the United Bid for the
2026 FIFA World Cup, provided an
update on the bid proposal being
advanced by the United States,
Canada and Mexico. The three
nations are submitting an unprecedented bid to host the soccer tournament, with more than 30 cities
on the short list to host at least one
match of the event. A decision is
expected in 2018.
